Quarantine was particularly difficult for the most vulnerable. Many associations had to urgently reinvent the link with their beneficiaries (disabled, young, precarious, homeless, etc.). To meet the need, Big Bloom organized each week a solidarity hackathon for the benefit of an association.
It was completely free, Big Bloom coaches worked on a voluntary basis. This action was organized within the framework of French Impact, the government initiative for social innovation.
WHAT WAS THE BIG BLOOM HACKATHON COVID-19?
Every week during the quarantine, we hosted a light version of a BIG BLOOM HACKATHON to support non-profit, suffering a lot from the crisis.
Researches by the OECD and the World Economic Forum show that soft skills are now at the heart of business performance. Each phase of Design Thinking is an opportunity to work on one of the famous “4C” : participants were briefed by the coach and then applied his/her advice immediately.
